Trenor Askew is a Principal with DPW TRA Investments, LLC. He brings years of experience and capital market relationships to creatively structure and capitalize our deals. Trenor brings over 17 years of investment and development/repositioning experience.

At TRA Investments, a firm he founded over a decade ago, Trenor has successfully led investments into a portfolio of 250 single family homes, 20 multi‐family properties (500 units), 3 self‐storage properties, and 250,000 sf of office product primarily on the West Coast. Trenor also founded and manages TRA Lending, a private loan fund that provides rehab and construction loans on single family homes and small multi‐family properties in Northern California.

Prior to starting a career in Real Estate, Trenor spent 5 years working as a Management Consultant for Ernst & Young and Deloitte Consulting. He holds a degree in Computer Science from the University of California, San Diego and a California Real Estate Broker’s license. Trenor lives in Orinda, California with his wife and 11-year-old son.
